We’ll get it right...
the first time.

Car Wash Control Systems

People ask us why control and automation is so important in the car wash industry. Well, because it saves you time and money.

We’ve been doing this for quite a while.

And we’ve seen clients save $1,000s of dollars in energy costs. We’ve also seen a lot of less-than-brilliant installs. Make sure that your MCC is installed the right way. We won’t sell you stuff you don’t need, and we’ll make sure your system is customized for your site. APS, SRP, and many other utility companies may also cover part of your install, so you officially have no more excuses.

MCCS

Ah, the Motor Control Center. The hub of your operation. These babies run the rest of your car wash, but of course, you know that. So you also know that these panels are highly customizable, and should be built-to-specification for your project. That just happens to be what we do best. We can even install a text-alert system to let you know when something’s up.

VFDs

Ok, there’s a lot of buzz about VFDs. Let’s cut the BS. Yes, they will probably save you money. But only if you use them correctly. What if, instead of turning each motor either “on” or “off”, you had the power to slow it down? This is what a Variable Frequency Drive does. That’s why we also call them Variable Speed Drives. These little guys give you control over how much power your system uses and when. Let us do the install, then sit back and start saving money.

We are UL Certified.

The UL 508a certification is an industrial control panel directive that provides evidence of third party certification to the municipal inspection authority and to the purchaser of the panel.

Basically, we’re not the only ones who think our panels are a good idea. The UL mark on the right proves that our panels are safe and reliable. Just in case you were still wondering…
